My WHY
My reason for becoming a financial professional is deeply personal. I repeatedly saw many friends and family struggling to find the help they needed to map out their financial future. I was confident that with my understanding of personal finance, coupled with training as a financial professional, I can help people better prepare for the future. After years in the business, I have developed a reputation for educating individuals in an easy-to-understand manner so they can grasp personal finance and use those concepts to pursue their financial objectives. In fact, a fun fact, my clients named by business. Many mentioned their finances were not clear, but after our meetings it became much clearer to them and hence Clarity Financial Management was born.

Xiomara Vielman is owner and founder of Clarity Financial Management.
When attending Santa Clara University and as a Finance Major, she often wondered how students were able to afford a college education, when she was granted loans as well as scholarships. As it turned out there were many whom invested their monies throughout the years for such an impactful milestone of their childrens lives.
During her last two years at SCU, she knew she wanted to assist people to financially plan and strategize.
“You don't know what you don't know” and going through the financial planning process it engages you to become more educated and empowered.
Financial planning and the overall understanding of money should not be complicated. Wall Street makes it difficult enough and at times intimidating. Xiomara strives to make it simple and best of all clear for all to understand.
Although she has been in the financial services industry since 2002, she opened up Clarity Financial Management in April 2017.
She is a member of National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Silicon Valley and received Telemundo's award of Hispanic Business Salute in 2015.
Xiomara speaks Spanish fluently and is known as the "Suze Ormon” for the Hispanic Community.
Clients Xiomara works with have to genuinely care for their future and for their loved ones, but most importantly are looking for a relationship and not a transaction.
